Non-Union Drywall & Ceiling Subcontractor looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman. Commercial projects based in Manhattan and surrounding boroughs.

Key responsibilities/duties:

• On-site supervision of field crews while accurately estimating labor requirements
• Ensuring crews are operating tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner
• Ensuring work has been completed according to plans and specifications
• Assisting Project Managers in evaluating various production rates related to the project
• Foresee issues and meet a schedule
• Have strong communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Attend site meetings (if needed)
• Work occasional overtime

$40-$60 per hour depending on experience.

Experience is Essential, OSHA and Scaffold card required.
