Drywall and Carpentry Junior Project Manager needed

Seeking to hire Full-time Drywall and Carpentry Junior Project Manager for well- established NYC Drywall and Carpentry company based in Westchester County.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and co-managed projects with Project manager

· Write up and coordinate Submittal packages

· Assist and write up Change orders

· Assist with Delivery set up and organization

· Record keeping for Day to Day Job logs

· Job site Visits and Attend meetings

· Track and update on-going job board lists

· Track and update Bid boards lists

· Tracking of employee hours and time

· Assist with DOB related matters (Permits, Inspections, etc.)

Starting salary $65,000.00 per year negotiable depending on experience.
